Rendon STR Consulting is a company run by an individual who has more than 9 years of experience running short-term rentals. I started with small studio condos in Austin, Tx which I not only managed, but cleaned myself. I eventually moved on to suburban homes and ultimately landed on luxury beach and mountain properties. I’ve seen practically everything this business can throw at me.

After putting on a number of free classes on how to start a short-term rental business, I noticed the demand was high for a consultant that could help prospects navigate through the murky waters of Airbnb and VRBO.

And that’s how Rendon STR Consulting was born. The gaps in how to get started in a fulfilling and lucrative business are always the toughest to fill and I hope to help those future entrepreneurs jump over those hurdles.
